We require a stipulated deposit at booking and we can create a payment plan that works for you. Payment plans can be broken up into instalments depending on how many months until the start of the trip. Please note that your balance must be paid off 2 to 3 months prior to the trip start date.

  • In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, we will reschedule the trip
