  5. Yellow Hat Travels have a working relationship with many hotels, resorts and lodges in Namibia - the standard ratings are 4-star and 5-stars depending on location and availability. 

  6. In the rare but possible events that it becomes necessary to cancel or pospone the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as pandemics, political instabilities, price hikes, inflations related to petrol/oil, increase in flight prices, restrictions or any other factors beyond control we will reschedule the trip to a date that is on par with package. Those willing to top up the amounts will continue with a trip as per minimum number or 8 travellers required. We do not issue refunds in such cases - instead we ask you to take another date scheduled or opt for another destination on offer.

  7. We highly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance that will cover the trip in case you or we have to cancel the trip.
